About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the organization's AI and ML strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company's vision, mission, and long
term goals.
Lead the research and development of new AI and ML technologies, staying ahead of industry trends and advancements.
Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for leveraging AI and ML to solve complex business problems and improve operations.
Establish and manage a talented team of AI and ML professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence.
Define metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of AI and ML projects on the organization's performance.
Ensure the ethical use of AI and ML, including data privacy and security compliance, across all initiatives.
Manage the budget, resources, and timelines for AI and ML projects, ensuring efficient and cost
effective execution.
Communicate the value and progress of AI and ML initiatives to stakeholders, including executive leadership, board members, and external partners.
Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, research institutions, and technology partners to enhance the organization's AI capabilities.
Advocate for a data
driven culture within the organization, promoting the use of data analytics and machine learning in decision
making processes.
Required Skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI and ML.
Proven expertise in AI and ML technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage high
performing teams.
Excellent analytical and problem
solving abilities.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiar with AI and ML frameworks and libraries.
Solid understanding of data architecture, data engineering, and data science principles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non
technical audiences.
Strategic thinking with a track record of developing and implementing successful AI and ML initiatives.
Experience with cloud computing platforms and services that support AI and ML workloads.
Knowledge of regulatory and ethical considerations related to AI and data usage.
