Dr Seuss Style Space Voyage

Once upon a time in a land far away,

Lived two brothers named E and R, I'll say.

They dreamed of adventure, excitement and more,

And one day they found it, that's for sure!

 

They built a spaceship, sleek and bright,

Polished it up till it shone in the light.

Then they climbed aboard, without a care,

And took off for space, high in the air.

 

They zoomed past the stars, and sailed past the moon,

Faster and faster, they went in a swoon.

They dodged asteroids and met friendly aliens,

Their journey through space was like a wild ride then!

 

They saw planets of all shapes and sizes,

And marveled at galaxies filled with surprises.

They laughed and played, and had lots of fun,

E and R were a great team as one!

 

But soon it was time to head back to earth,

Their space adventure had great worth.

They flew their spaceship back to the ground,

And landed safely, without a sound.

 

E and R jumped out with joy,

They hugged each other, their spirits high,

They'd had a blast, they'd seen it all,

And knew they'd never forget their space ball.

 

Now every night, they look up at the sky,

And dream of their journey, that they still can't deny.

For E and R, space is where it's at,

And who knows where they'll go next, imagine that!
